For Indian Customers (Domestic Level)

 

Cancellation Policy :

    1. Cancellation before shipment :

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can directly request for cancellation from your order page or call us on +91 9016454355.

    2. Cancellation after shipment :

We regret to inform you that once an order has been shipped, any cancellation would require you to bear the shipping charges.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds :

     1. How do I return an item purchased on Crystal Art Exports?

Crystal Art Exports offers its customers an ’Easy Return Policy,' wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 24 hours of receiving the order. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

· Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email ( crystalart.co@gmail.com ) within 24 hours of receiving the order.

· Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

· Step 3: The customer will have to make sure that the refund will only be initiated from us only if the products are received in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and packaging intact. It is a customer's responsibility to return us the unused products.

 

    2. What is Returnless Refund Policy?

· If any of a product sent to you gets damaged (breakdown) within that span of life, we will provide either full refund or new same product to the customer.

· We may ask for the proof to justify the authenticity of complaint, failing to prove in such cases the refund or replacement will not provided.

    3. Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

· Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse

· Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged

· QR code is tampered with.

· Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty

· Product is used or altered

· If a request is initiated after 24 hours of receiving the order

· Free product provided by Crystal Art Exports

Please note: For certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. Information regarding this is visible on the promotion banner. All Combo orders or Gift items are not eligible for return or exchange. For any clarification, please feel free to contact our customer care.

 

     4. Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

    5. Can I return part of my order?

Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

    6. How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?

For International Customers (International Level)

 

We always provided satisfied quality to our customers but if in case you are dissatisfied with our products; you may return them to us within 14 days of delivery. All refunds will be for the value of the product only. Shipping costs are not refunded & return shipping is paid by the buyer. Many stones have naturally occurring inclusions and cracks that do not affect their individual quality. Utmost care is taken while manufacturing these products & even during packing.

 

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

· The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days

· The Goods are in the original packaging

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

· The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

· The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

· The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We always provided satisfied quality to our customers but in the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, immediately lodge a complaint within 2 days with CRYSTAL ART EXPORTS on its Customer care help line +91-9016454355 Or Email us at crystalart.co@gmail.com.

 

Many stones have naturally occurring inclusions and cracks that do not affect their individual quality. Utmost care is taken while manufacturing these products & even during packing.

 

If the product was not received in good condition we may replace the product under terms and conditions, however in case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product we may initiate other or offer alternate product with mutual consent.

 

Products damaged while being used do not qualify for or replacement.

 

In the event you cannot accept any product which is delivered to you in damaged condition, we will either refund or replace the product with mutual consent. If decided “refund”, all refunds will be for the value of the product only we only refund the amount after deducting shipping charges. If decided “replace the product”, we will send only same product to replace defected product, replaced product shipping charges will born from buyer side.

 

We are not able to import all Agate stones once it is exported, as Indian duties and taxes may reach more than product cost.

 

Products purchased on discount or during sale cannot be cancelled.

 

CRYSTAL ART EXPORTS will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.

 

Order cancellation request after 48 hour after placing the order will attract 20% of deduction.


Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
