Shipping charges
Before continue to Checkout, you are informed that Shipping charges are not included in Product price and total amount in Checkout. If you continue with PayPal, you will get Payment confirmation email and additional Shipping charges from Supplier. If you want to know approximate Shipping charges before make a Payment then continue with Submit Order and get complete PayPal Invoice from Supplier.
Shipping charges depends upon the product quantity, Size and Dimension. Once you submit your order you will get your shipping estimate by email within 24 hours.
Delivery Period
Once placing the order, we will send you an email within 24 hours providing you the confirmation of your order along with the delivery period.
Shipping company
Your shipment will be sent through a reputed courier company such as DHL, Fedex or similar. If your ordered items are available in stocks then you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 7 business days excluding the clearing period of customs.
Custom fees & related charges
All the expenses like Octroi, Taxes, Custom Duty, and Brokerage etc. will have to be borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for any of these charges which you may need to pay in your country, as the policies differ from country to country. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Also, We will not be responsible for the delay due to insufficient address or custom delays.
After Delivery
When you receive your order please make very sure that the parcel is not tampered/damaged/opened from anywhere before accepting it, if anything wrong is found with the parcel then refuse the delivery and e-mail us immediately. If we receive any complaints about the missing item(s) later on, we might not be able to assist you. This is applicable for both insured as well as uninsured shipping.

Return policy
We always provided satisfied quality to our customers but if in case you are dissatisfied with our products; you may return them to us within 14 days of delivery. Return policy for Domestic Buyers
We always provided satisfied quality to our customers but in the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, immediately lodge a complaint with CRYSTAL ART EXPORTS on its Customer care help line.
Many stones have naturally occurring inclusions and cracks that do not affect their individual quality. Utmost care is taken while manufacturing these products & even during packing.
If the product was not received in good condition we may replace the product under terms and conditions, however in case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product we may initiate other or offer alternate product with mutual consent
If product delivered is different from what you had ordered, we may replace the product with mutual consent on returning old product
Products damaged while being used do not qualify for or replacement. In the event you return any product which is delivered to you in damaged condition, we will refund the product amount after deducting shipping charges.
Products purchased on discount or during sale cannot be cancelled.

Order cancellation request after 48 hour after placing the order will attract 20% of deduction.

We are not able to import all Agate stones once it is exported, as Indian duties and taxes may reach more than product cost.

The refund shall be processed after 48hrs of pickup, subject to quality check of the picked product.
In the event that the return does not comply with the return policy of the CRYSTAL ART EXPORTS, you will not be entitled to any replacement or refund of the sums already paid to CRYSTAL ART EXPORTS and CRYSTAL ART EXPORTS reserves the right to withhold the sums already received.
Depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s), in proper and original nature. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
