Shipping Policy

· We at Crystal Art Exports understand that you would like to receive your products in a timely fashion and in top condition. So, we use our large network of couriers to bring you the best as soon as possible.

· All orders are processed within 6 hours of the payment being received.

· We will ship out your order within 48 hours of processing.

· Our courier partners will deliver your products within 5-7 working days. [Note: Our courier partners try to deliver before the estimated delivery date but sometimes they might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Return, Refunds and Exchange Policy

· If you have received a wrong/damaged product, we can replace this with the exact same item. Goods can only be exchanged if it is returned unused and intact, or by providing proof of damage/defect.

· Please do not accept the product if the inner packaging is damaged.

· Please email us at crystalart.co@gmail.com or call within 24 hours of delivery if you want to apply for an exchange, with relevant proof (photo or documentation) as seen necessary. We will have our customer care contact you as soon as possible.

· We will email you detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our exchange confirmation.

· It is a customer's responsibility to return us the unused products.

· Please mention your order number in the mail that you send to us.

· No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.

· All products once purchased are non-refundable.

· All Combo orders or Gift items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Crystal Art Exports reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The firm will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Shipping charges​

Before continue to Checkout, you are informed that Shipping charges are not included in Product price and total amount in Checkout. If you continue with PayPal, you will get Payment confirmation email and additional Shipping charges from Supplier. If you want to know approximate Shipping charges before make a Payment then continue with Submit Order and get complete PayPal Invoice from Supplier.

Shipping charges depends upon the product quantity, Size and Dimension. Once you submit your order you will get your shipping estimate by email within 24 hours.

Delivery Period

Once placing the order, we will send you an email within 24 hours providing you the confirmation of your order along with the delivery period.

Shipping company

Your shipment will be sent through a reputed courier company such as DHL, Fedex or similar. If your ordered items are available in stocks then you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 7 business days excluding the clearing period of customs.

Custom fees & related charges

All the expenses like Octroi, Taxes, Custom Duty, and Brokerage etc. will have to be borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for any of these charges which you may need to pay in your country, as the policies differ from country to country. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Also, We will not be responsible for the delay due to insufficient address or custom delays.

After Delivery

When you receive your order please make very sure that the parcel is not tampered/damaged/opened from anywhere before accepting it, if anything wrong is found with the parcel then refuse the delivery and e-mail us immediately. If we receive any complaints about the missing item(s) later on, we might not be able to assist you. This is applicable for both insured as well as uninsured shipping.

Return policy

We always provided satisfied quality to our customers but if in case you are dissatisfied with our products; you may return them to us within 14 days of delivery. All refunds will be for the value of the product only. Shipping costs are not refunded & return shipping is paid by the buyer. Many stones have naturally occurring inclusions and cracks that do not affect their individual quality. Utmost care is taken while manufacturing these products & even during packing.
